INNOVATIVE AUTOMATION PUTS WORDS INTO ACTION FOR COLDEST NIGHT OF THE YEAR

Innovative Automation (IA) Inc. in Barrie leads by example.

This photo was taken at Youth Haven during the company’s 30th-anniversary celebration when innovators went into the community and volunteered their time.

This high tech company has been a sponsor of Youth Haven’s Coldest Night of the Year since 2016.

IA employs 140 people and has six people in their facility dedicated to building medical devices in the battle against COVID-19.

“Part of our mission statement,” said IA President and co-owner Stephen Loftus “is to lead locally. One of the things about leading locally is to make our local society better.”

For IA, it is a call to action. The IA team gives its backing to various causes in the community that support young people including Youth Haven, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Barrie & District, United Way Simcoe Muskoka, with an educational component for students at Georgian College.

“Helping a young person is a benefit long-term for the community,” said Loftus.

Thank you to the team at Innovative Automation for choosing to #bethedifference.
