Only several months into his job as Ontario Provincial Police Commissioner,  Thomas Carrique continued his outreach into the community with a visit to Youth Haven on Monday, August 19.

The Commissioner toured the shelter and learned more about the programs and services offered to our youth who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
